Is there a cheaper option?

We quote on what we believe is the most suitable product for your signage requirements, however should you require a lesser produce or need a reduced price, please let us know.

How are signs priced?

Computer cut self-adhesive vinyl letters are priced by the letter/size of letter basis. ie: the higher the letter and the more letters the more expensive is the sign.

Digital print is priced on square metre rate, depending on the quality of the material, ink coverage and any U/V coating applied. Labour for application is added to both options.

Do I own any artwork/logos supplied by SignCraft?

Yes, but there are conditions. Any and all artwork, illustrations and design proposals including rough drafts and sketches produced by SignCraft, will remain the property of SignCraft until the completion of the work by SignCraft and is paid for in full. Any communications of our designs to a third-party prior will incur a charge of $250.00.

What is the life expectancy of our sign?

This depends on the way the sign is produced. Vinyl letters have a life expectancy of seven to ten years, there are some exceptions such as metalic, fluoro and reflective vinyls. Digital prints without a U/V laminate will last up to three years, with U/V laminate up to five years. Hand lettered signs have been known to last up to fifteen years.

What file formats do you use?

Our preferred file formats are PDF, EPS, AI, CDR or CDL. All fonts must be converted to curves/paths. For digital-print high resolution PDF, EPS or JPEG files.

We do not accept Word or Publisher files. All Photoshop files should be exported as EPS or PDF.
